We will research, plan, build and install your home gym. After an initial consultation where we discuss your requirements, budget and space, we will go away to plan and design the perfect setup for you, before coming round to install it, saving you time, money and effort.

Having designed and built my own PT studio, I understand every stage of the process. With over 10 years' experience as a personal trainer, I've worked with a wide range of equipment and brands, allowing me to recommend the best options based on your space, budget, training goals, and who will be using the gym.
BENEFITS OF USING US OVER A BIG SUPPLIER
Big gym equipment suppliers only recommend and sell their own equipment, which may not be right for you.
This can lead to unnecessarily high costs, and you may end up with a mix of equipment that’s not quite right for you, just because you’ve only used that one company. For example, some companies have high spec cable machines at a decent price, but their weight plates might be expensive. Another company might have a great range of benches, but have limited options for cardio machines. Some companies offer size customisation for power racks, others don’t. Some companies don’t offer installation at all. It’s much better to have the freedom to pick the most suitable equipment from each company, without any restrictions.
Space is often a primary concern with home gyms, and depending on the footprint of your gym space, you are going to need to make educated, sensible decisions around what will comfortably fit (including storage), and what you can physically do in your space. Wall-mounted options are a great space saver, as well as adjustable dumbbells - both of which I use in my studio.

We will do all the research and planning for you, finding you the most suitable equipment at the best prices.
Build and install
Once your equipment arrives, we will come round at a convenient time to build and install it all for you.
